    George F. Kershaw, Broker and Chairman of the Board at D&K Management, Inc., brings over five decades of real estate expertise to the firm. Holding his Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s License since 1974, George is a University of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Real Estate and a master’s in Management from the University of Arkansas. His career includes the development of more than 1,000 apartment units through USDA Rural Development programs, multiple single-family homes, and numerous Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities across eight states.

    A respected industry leader, George has conducted extensive compliance training and seminars for property owners and managers nationwide. He is also a long-standing member of the National Association of Real Estate Boards and Rho Epsilon, the National Real Estate Honorary Society.
